What's new in CLAY's collection and how does a museum collection evolve over time?
Come along for a tour of What's New?, where we explore some of the ceramic works that have become part of CLAY's collection since 2020.
The exhibition spans more than 250 years of pottery history. On the tour we meet selected works from different periods and take a closer look at the changing idioms, materials and techniques of ceramics. From prospectus porcelain and fine art to contemporary ceramics by Cathrine Raben Davidsen, Malene Hartmann Rasmussen, Morten Løbner Espersen, Rose Eken and Steen Ipsen, among others.
Along the way, you will also gain insight into how CLAY's collection develops through new acquisitions and what artistic considerations lie behind when new works become part of the museum's collection.
November 21, 2026, 10:30 AM — 11:15 AM
Price for guided tour: 45 DKK per person
The price is excluding entrance to the museum. Members of CLAY Friends as well as children and young people under the age of 18 have free admission to the museum, but pay DKK 45 for the tour.
